Success Secrets: Don't Tolerate "badness"

In my last post, I mentioned Hedge Fund giant Ray Dalio's intolerance of "badness" . It really does seem that it takes an intolerance of problems to build a truly great organization. Here is an article about commodity giant Glencore, which makes the same point.
